Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver premium-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect item sent

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we will process a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased during sale / discount / promotional offers

  • Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customized or print-on-demand products

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting — this is not considered a defect.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
